The steps to generate a campaign have been significantly reduced.
The CSV file that is generated for this purpose is now automatically filled with the information that is already stored in the system. Only the information that is not yet available still has to be filled in manually.
However, to ensure that the employee information can be retrieved, the HR department must enter both the employee registration reference and the organisation code into the CSV file.
To avoid mistakes and unnecessary extra work, error warnings are now displayed directly on the screen when uploading the CSV file
There are two types of warnings :
Now available on the "technical documentation" page of UKG HR Service Delivery:

The documentation is to be retired from Zendesk and will be moving permanently to our UKG HR Service Delivery documentation page under the above link.
The collapsible panel for a completed task in the Employee Portal has been updated.
As a result, the movement is now visually smoother and complies with market standards.
In July 2021, UKG HRSD People Assist released a whole new Knowledge Base interface in open beta
This new interface makes it simpler to manage articles and categories, particularly in an international context using multiple languages.
This feature is currently under controlled roll-out: The deployment for monolingual customers is done and deployment for multilingual customers will start in December.
Check out the article with complete documentation and an FAQ on Zendesk to learn more about it: here.
Activation for multilingual customers can have minor impacts. These impacts are detailed on Zendesk: to learn more about it you can click here.
In order to expect less impacts on activation and to fully benefit from the new Knowledge Base features, it is advised to migrate the articles and categories to the international model of this new application.
To do so, a migration tool will be available in the interface in the upcoming weeks, alongside a documentation to help you doing so.
First activation waves have been going since December 15th for staging environments, then in January for production environments, once the tool is made available.
Note: the migration is not mandatory for the activation of this new application.
Finding categories is simplified.
Users can now search by name and description of the desired category.
The categories in the administration are thus easier and quicker to locate. This is particularly helpful if there are many categories in the system.
Note: when using the search, categories’ reordering is not possible to avoid issues in the order’s rankings.
To make it easier to find articles that are pinned to the homepage of the Employee Portal in the administration interface, there is now a corresponding filter.
Here, the user can choose to display all articles that are shown once on the homepage of the Employee Portal as well as all articles that are permanently pinned to the homepage.
HR Admins are able to use several different filters on the articles' list in order to access articles with specific settings.
However, when modifying the different filters, HR Admins have to click on "Apply filters" at the end of the filters, which can be a loss of time and sometimes not even be visible.
Now, when a filter is applied or modified, the changes are automatically applied, and the results are updated accordingly.
To improve the deletion process, a message is displayed to the user when a category has related elements and can therefore not be deleted.
When trying to delete a category that has related elements, HR Admins could only see an error, without any further message. In most cases, the error appeared because the category had linked elements such as articles and/or request which prevented deletion.
Document Manager Core
Two sub-menus selected at the same time
On the Archive download page, when clicking "Downloads" both submenus 'Inbox' and 'Downloads' were selected, instead of only the 'Downloads' submenu
FIXED
User import
XML reports generated from user imports were populating the job_type field with the value 'sal' (for employee) instead of 'usr' (for user)
FIXED
Digital Process Manager & Form Builder
Some processes still show after a retention policy has been applied
On an employee departure, some related processes were still appearing while they should be hidden
FIXED
ECM UI Request edition Already uploaded file is still required (HOTFIX on 21.12 made on Jan 3rd)
When modifying an already created request on the Employee Portal, trying to upload a new file or replace an existing uploaded file in the request, an error message was blocking the process saying the file has not been uploaded
FIXED
New Knowledge Base
Filter by language available for monolingual customers
The filter by language on the articles list was available for monolingual customers on the new Knowledge Base.
As there was no need for such a filter for this type of customers, we removed the filter when only one language is set up on a platform.
FIXED
Permissions access
An HR-admin with permission to view articles in the administration but not to edit them, was still able to access the article’s creation/edition interface. However, when trying to save the changes, an error message was displayed.
Now, if a user has no permission to edit articles, the interfaces for creation and edition of articles stays hidden.
FIXED
Language code for categories on the Employee Portal
When the new Knowledge Base was activated, the language of the employee was still used to restrict the access to the categories.
It should not be the case as categories are translatable in the new Knowledge Base. This behaviour is now fixed.
