Unter Bezugnahme auf das Ergebnis der Erörterung mit den obersten Finanzbehörden der Länder wird die Liste der amtlichen Beschaffungsstellen in der Fassung des BMF-Schreibens vom 12.11.2003, IV D 1 – S 7492 – 47/03/02 (BStBl 2003 I S. …) durch die beiliegende Liste nach dem Stand vom 1.1.2005 ersetzt.

Dieses Schreiben wird im Bundessteuerblatt Teil I veröffentlicht.
