Randomly, managers could not view documents in the employee folders: FIXED
Managers were previously unable to display random documents in a staff folder while being able to upload documents to that folder. The problem always occurred when the merge_profiles function flag was enabled. It is now fixed, the managers with multiple profiles can now display the documents in their scope correctly.
