Users gain additional access with each new profile added - Document Types/Document Generation Campaign |
For a user with only one profile, everything works as expected. A user with multiple profiles could see all templates for both of their roles, regardless of which profile they were logged into, even if both were restricted. However, if that user was not logged in to the correct profile and accessed the wrong template, this could cause problems for the visibility of that exact template for users with only one profile. Solution implemented - Ignore the active profile when retrieving details from the restricted organisation. This way the user is informed that the template is restricted. |

We have changed the way the email address is displayed in certain cases. Instead of masking one character for each part we hide, we now use three asterisks for each part we hide from the account email address. (Example: hi***@***ee.f***) |

Increase DB Timeout when listing employees in Document Manager |
When listing/searching for employees in the Document Manager (URL: /company/employees/), the expected timeout of 8 seconds proved to be too short, especially when there are many employees. To address these issues, we have now introduced a default timeout of 60 seconds. |

Can't "save as answer template"on request |
When selecting a request "Save a reply template": a form opens and a template can be created and saved. The form remained open after this process and an error message was displayed: "An error occurred while saving the response template. Please try again". This bug has now been fixed. |
