Smart Document Generation

Template Restrictions

Some of our customers have hundreds of templates in their system, but HR users can only use a few of them.
To give HR Users a better overview of their templates, help save time, avoid mistakes, and improve confidentiality this feature will allow visibility only on templates that are linked to their respective organization.​

Template Restrictions

With the new feature we’ll allow HR admins to create or update a template and choose up to 5 organizations for each template, which will then only be displayed to users who are part of those organizations.

In detail:

  • Restriction can be applied ONLY to templates
  • If no organization is selected everyone will have access to the template​
  • Up to 5 restricted organizations per templates plus possibility to include child organization
  • Restriction applies to HR admin, HR users and campaign outcomes
  • A new API end point is available for INT team to manage organization code change on customer request

To improve confidentiality and resources management, we’ll split the current permission manage document generation into two different permissions.

One permission to manage atomic document generation and one permission to manage campaign.

"Automate Macro" endpoint

Automated launching of macro rules to reduce manual tasks for HR


Use case example: Safely Return To Office Management


For the return to office policy employees need to fill out a form.

Due to an RPA configuration using the new endpoint we can check the answer about their health state and launch one of 2 macros (reactions visible to the employee) automatically depending on if the employee has stated any of the listed symptoms or not

Digital Process Manager & Forms

Send Mail Notification When A Process Is Completed​

Process Creation Step​ ​(HR user)

To make processes more comprehensible and relatable to employees, HR users can now, when creating a process, easily choose if the employee should receive a notification once the process is completed by checking a box.

To ensure this feature the HR admin has to include this parameter to the default set so the HR user can choose it when creating the process, making the feature available to the employees.

Anonymous Ratings on Articles

Enabling categories to be more personalized

To improve the quality of the article ratings and to motivate employees to send in ratings, they can now choose to do this anonymously.

It will allow employees full honesty ensuring it won’t have any impact, if they send a negative review on a specific article.

When adding a rating on an article, employees can choose to send their feedback anonymously, by checking a simple option below the comment section.

In the administration, ratings will be visible as usual, with the addition of the mention “Anonymous” instead of the name of the person that rated the article.​

This feature has been deployed on Staging and Production environment for new KB customers.​

When setting up a request form with fields that were meant to show under 2 conditional rules, the 3rd field was not behaving following the double condition.
